We can create a new design from scratch that reflects your style and personality based on your ideas or sketches!

 

If you can't find what you're looking for in our pre-designed section, then we can tailor make a design specifically for you. You may have your dream invitation in mind that we can make a reality or if you're struggling for ideas, we can come up with a concept for you.

Custom Invitations

CONSULTATION

Drop us an email, let us know what you have in mind.

Please provide as many event details as possible before submitting your order: describe your invitation ideas (layout, colors, wording, design, graphics, etc.)

INVESTMENT

There are so many factors to consider when designing your custom invitations and they all influence the final price.

We will work one on one with you (and your budget!), to make invitations that you’ll love! 

We will work together with you until we have a design you are %100 satisfied with.

PAPERLESS OPTION

Digital custom sets are available for US$1,000.

Digital custom project includes:

-  maximum 3 watercolor illustrations 

- one set of custom florals

Additional watercolor illustrations - extra $100 each.

Please note that none of our predesigned (non-custom) sets or any elements of them are available as digital files.

People often ask why am I paying more for the digital/paperless option? It is because we compensate for the profit loss we make on printed projects...

ESTIMATe and PAYMENT

Design fees are payable in advance before we start working on your card(s).

This non-refundable design fee and a 25% deposit for the printing is required before custom design work begins, and the remaining 75% is due before production.

PROOFING

First proof will be emailed within 5 business days and up to five rounds of revisions are included to make sure everything is to your exact specifications.

​

When you are thrilled with the design and once you have confirmed that every detail is perfect, including all wording, layouts, color, and design, and you have given written approval, your custom product goes into production.

PRODUCTION and SHIPPING

Printing takes 3-5 business days. 

We usually ship within 1 week of going to print.

REQUIREMENTS for custom illustrations:

 

We do rely on you to provide us with the photograph(s) needed to create the artwork(s), and it is our goal to establish the desired artwork in the very first sample. If new reference photos are provided after the first artwork sample is created requiring a new design direction/changing anything, additional design fees are applicable.

Due to the nature of this artwork and the amount of time needed to create it, your work will be based off of ONE image only. We cannot redo your work with a second photo after sending your proof. Please be sure to send the photo you'd like us to use before we begin working. If you send multiple photos and allow me to choose the one to use, please know that I will choose the best option and cannot change this choice after creating your proof.

 

For each illustration you would need to provide us with ONE big (high resolution) and clear picture of the subject. We cannot change the perspective or the proportion of the subject (venue, landscape, so please send a photo accordingly.

We reserve the right to offer elements of your bespoke design to other clients. Venue or landscape illustrations painted for bespoke commissions will be available to all couples getting married at that venue/place. We reserves the right to turn any bespoke design into a pre-designed collection.
