We also need to refer, often, to our written correspondence and files supplied by our clients or ourselves throughout the duration of our project.
We will not take design instructions or changes via telephone.
We ask that our main line of communication be with the same person for the duration of our project in order to keep a fluid project pace.
All work requests must be in clear, concise writing, via this contact form. This means that You, the Client and us, A la Carte Paperie can look back over emails for clarification if needed.
